Bail conditions have ben reduced for embattled Fidentia boss, J. Arthur Brown, who faces fraud and theft charges involving about R4.5 million.
Cape Town Regional Court Magistrate Wilma van der Merwe has ruled that Brown is now required to present himself to the Milnerton Police Station once a week instead of twice. Brown may also now receive telephonic permission to leave the Western Cape, instead of written permission.
The matter has been postponed to February 25.
