Bafana Bafana midfielder Bongani Zungu is one of the few players in this current squad who are coming back for their second African Cup of Nations (Afcon) tournament after he was in Equatorial Guinea in 2015 with Shakes Mashaba.
Zungu, Thulani Hlatshwayo, Darren Keet, Dean Furman, Themba Zwane and Sibusiso Vilakazi are the only six names to have remained from the squad of only four years ago.
Back then Zungu was still playing at Sundowns, but now he’s at one of the top five leagues in the world turning out for Amiens FC in the French Ligue 1.
And in this short interview with SABC Sport journalist Velile Mnyandu, Zungu doesn’t mince his words on what Bafana must do on Friday against.
