Zuma urges youth to work hard in school

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Former president, Jacob Zuma, has called on the youth to work towards obtaining qualifications that could help them get jobs in the future.

He was speaking on the side-lines of a children’s Christmas party in Nkandla in northern KwaZulu-Natal hosted by the Jacob Zuma Foundation.

Zuma has urged children to stay in school for them to have a bright future.

“This kind of Christmas we should have started many years ago, but we will continue it as long as we are around to encourage young people on the type of studies they must go through so they have the kind of education that would make them find jobs easily or jobs to look for them rather than taking the studies that will make them have the qualifications but no jobs.”
