Forty-nine percent of registered voters have admitted to having faith that the ANC will live up to their election promises, with 30% in disagreement, according to an Ipsos survey.
68% of the registered ANC supporters agree that the ANC will live up to promises, with only 13% of registered ANC supporters in disagreement.
The survey considered the opinions expressed by voters registered to vote on 8 May, and in each case the opinions of “All registered voters” were compared to the opinions of the registered supporters of the three biggest parties.
