Banyana Banyana are ready to take on Botswana in the second leg of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics qualifier at Orlando Stadium on Tuesday evening.

Both teams played to a goalless draw in the first leg in Gaborone, Botswana last Friday.

Banyana were under pressure in the opening exchanges and nearly conceded a goal but goalkeeper Andile Dlamini was equal to the task says Banyana coach Desiree Ellis.

Ellis’ side will take on the visitors without injured captain Janine Van Wyk and striker Thembi Kgatlana although Ellis says that they have enough quality players ready to do the job.

Banyana and Gintra Universitetas forward Jermaine Seopasenwe echoed Ellis’ sentiments that the Botswana team are hard opponents.

Seopasenwe did not want to divulge much, and only says they will give it their all against Botswana.

Dlamini has urged Banyana supporters to come in their large numbers and support the team. – Report by Sinovuyo Ndudane
