IFP leader Mangosuthu Buthelezi has cited a lack of ethical leadership and morals as the main contributing factors to poor service delivery in the country.
He was addressing party supporters at a rally held in Phola in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga.
Buthelezi says basic services such as water and electricity are the party’s top priority.
“We need to restore morality; integrity leadership I think our country is in ruins we are is crisis precisely because our integrity is destroyed because of corruption everywhere and every level you find that our people are protesting burning tyres, so on and so on.”
