President Jacob Zuma is delivering his annual address in the National Council of Provinces (NCOP). This will be the President’s last engagement in Parliament for 2017.
The theme for this year’s address is “Deepening unity in action for inclusive growth and Africa’s Renewal – reclaiming the legacy of OR Tambo”.
MPs in the NCOP will have an opportunity to debate the president’s address.
