Finance Minister, Tito Mboweni is set to provide further details on government’s plans to accelerate funding from a R230 billion government guarantee to Eskom during his budget vote speech on Thursday.
He will also outline the plans, highlights and priorities of his Department for the next financial year and how much money it will need during the next financial year.
