Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng delivers the Chief Albert Luthuli lecture at UKZN.
On Friday the Chief Justice presented an annual report on Judicial Functions for the 2017/2018 financial year at the Constitutional Court in Johannesburg.
It marks the first time the Judiciary takes the lead in accounting for its work.
Mogoeng strongly emphasised that the role of members of the judiciary is not one that seeks public approval – as this could amount to the corruption of justice.
