Former President Thabo Mbeki is responding to the swearing in of President Cyril Ramaphosa.
President Ramaphosa was sworn in on Thursday afternoon by Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng following former President Jacob Zuma’s Wednesday night’s resignation.
In his speech, Ramaphosa vowed to lead the country with integrity.
Mbeki also speaks about the death of Zimbabwe’s MDC-T leader Morgan Tsvangirai and the political situation in that country.
