The Heads of Court, led by the Chief Justice, will present an annual report on Judicial Functions and Court Performance for the South African Judiciary for the year ending 31 March 2019.
The Inaugural Judiciary Day took place in November 2018. This was a historical event as it was the first time the Judiciary, as an Arm of State, took the lead in accounting for its work, and for the power and authority the State has endowed to it.
