The ANC briefs media to explain the National Executive Committee’s decision on Monday night to recall President Jacob Zuma from office. The party delivered a letter of recall to the President on Tuesday, but Zuma is apparently still refusing to resign.
This will force the ANC to oust him through Parliament. The ANC has indicated that it will table a motion of no confidence in Zuma.
