Gauteng police have appealed for information following the discovery of two more bodies along the R544 road in Eikenhof near Eldorado Park, south of Johannesburg.
The two bodies were burnt beyond recognition and with multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body.
This follows Friday’s discovery of a man’s burnt body along the N12, also near Eldorado Park.
The deceased was found strangled with a belt on his neck.
In the latest incident, Soweto police spokesperson Hitler Ngwenya says they’re investigating a murder case.
He says, “Our police were patrolling the area when they were stopped by a passerby who alerted them to the two bodies that he found. If anyone has lost his next of kin, may they please come forward.”
“We are asking members of the public to give us information so that we can arrest the perpetrators,” adds Ngwenya.
