Trade union Numsa in the Northern Cape is expected to send thousands of its members to the march against the national minimum wage in Bloemfontein.
The march is part of labour federation Saftu‘s nationwide marches in the country.
Numsa provincial leadership says at least 3 000 members from the Northern Cape will join the march.
The trade union says it hopes the combination of marches in the Free State and the Northern Cape will make a bigger impact.
The two provinces will join forces in a march to the Free State Department of Labour.
Numsa expects at least 5 000 people to attend the march which will start at Batho Hall in the CBD.
