ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa has assured QwaQwa communities that the Special Investigating Unit (SIU) will leave no stone unturned in exposing those involved in collapsing the Maluti-A-Phofung Municipality.
President Cyril Ramaphosa has in terms of the Special Investigating Units (SIU) and Special Tribunal Acts 74 of 1996, established a Special Tribunal to fast track finalisations of investigations of monies and or assets that were looted from state institutions through corruption.
President Cyril Ramaphosa has established a Special Tribunal that will assist the Special Investigations Unit, in recovering monies that have been lost by state institutions and government through corruption and and irregular expenditure.
