Non-Governmental Organisation Corruption Watch has recommended to the Standing Committee on Public Accounts SCOPA in the North West, to appoint a commission of inquiry to probe allegation of corrupt activities into mining royalties at the Bakwena ba Mogopa community in Ventersdorp.
