The family of the deceased 15-year-old Matlhomola Mosweu have told the North West High Court in Mahikeng, that they will not accept an apology from the families of Pieter Doorewaard and Phillip Schutte.
The state has concluded its cross-examination on the second accused, Phillip Schutte, in the North West’s so called “sunflower case”.

The Mahikeng High Court in the North West has heard how 15-year-old Matlhomola Mosweu was thrown from a moving vehicle by two men in Coligny last year.
The murder case of farm workers Pieter Doorewaard and Phillip Schutte has been postponed to Wednesday, by the North West High Court.
