The High Court in Pretoria has postponed the trial in the matter between the Organization Undoing Tax Abuse (Outa) and the former Chairperson of the SAA board, Dudu Myeni, to the 21st of October.
The legal representative of former chairperson of the SAA board, Dudu Myeni, advocate Nqabayethu Buthelezi has requested the postponement of the trial in the case that the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA) has brought against his client.
The High Court in Pretoria is on Thursday morning expected to hear the matter between the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA) and the former chairperson of the South African Airways (SAA) board Dudu Myeni.
Former SAA board chairperson Dudu Myeni has been given until Wednesday to file an application for the postponement of her delinquent director court case.
The case brought by Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA) against former South African Airways (SAA) Chair, Dudu Myeni is expected to come before the high court in Pretoria on Tuesday.
