Semenya to lead Team SA

Caster Semenya will lead Team South Africa out at the London Olympics. The Former 800m World Champion has been announced as the Flag Bearer for the Summer Games which begins in London next week.
Team SA were treated to a night of glitz and glamour, Red Carpet Style ahead of the Games in London, an honour reserved for the best of the best in sport.
South African Javelin Star Sunette Viljoen says: “It’s absolutely amazing being here tonight it is something we have been looking for, something we have bee counting down to it. There’s so much excietment around the athletes we looking forward to head out to London.”

Team SA will jet off on a SAA Airbus A 340-300

“We have been preparing for this day and it has finally come, so we are looking forward to get onto that plane and finally head off to London,” says Banyana Banyana player Portia Modise.
Hockey captain Marcia Marescia says she can not wait to get to London. Team SA will be jetting off in style, in a South African Airways Airbus A 340-300. The team will fly out at 8:30pm tonight.
