The South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) and Premier Soccer League (PSL) have reached an agreement for the live broadcast of PSL matches on the public broadcaster’s channels, according to a statement released on Saturday.
The SABC will broadcast the PSL matches on its radio stations and television channel, SABC 1, following efforts by the two parties to reach a solution.
The first live broadcast will be the Telkom Knock-Out final match between Orlando Pirates and Baroka FC, taking place at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth.
