President Ramaphosa is set to meet with Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed at the Union Buildings in Pretoria on Sunday.

Prime Minister Ahmed, who is on his first official visit to South Africa, attended the African National Congress’s (ANC) January 8 statement event in Kimberley in the Northern Cape on Saturday.

He offered to develop into a heritage site the building in which struggle icon Nelson Mandela was housed while undergoing military training in that country.
