Ramaphosa in final push to woo voters in Cape Town

Reading Time: < 1 minute

The African National Congress (ANC) is pulling out all stops in their efforts to secure a win for the party in the Western Cape in next week’s elections.

Party President Cyril Ramaphosa will on Friday for the second time campaign in Cape Town in what the party calls its final push to get voters to cast their ballot in favour of the ANC on Wednesday.

Community meetings are planned today in Mitchell’s Plain, Gugulethu and Khayelitsha.

The President was also on the campaign trail on the Cape Flats in March when he lambasted the Democratic Alliance (DA) for the province’s housing crisis.

The criticism led to a war of words between the two parties.
