The bail application of the Congolese Pastor, Prophet William Emaka has been postponed to the 5th of December.
He made a brief appearance on Thursday at the Bronkhorstspruit Magistrate’s Court east of Pretoria. Emeka is facing rape charges after he allegedly sexually assaulted some of his congregants at the God Is Love Ministries.
The matter has been postponed to allow the investigating officers to further probe and verify his immigration status.
The matter was postponed last week for the same reason, as the court is still awaiting confirmation on the legality of his citizenship from the Home Affairs department.
