Freedom Front Plus leader, Dr Pieter Groenewald, says he is impressed how people have braved the rainy and cold weather and turned out to voting stations to cast their votes.

Groenewald was commenting after voting in his home town at Stilfontein in the North West.

He says this is a sign that people realised that they must have a say in their future.

“People said to me they realise they have to have a say in their future and that is very positive.”

“I also saw that young people are coming to vote and that is really a good sign. People realised that you must have a say in your future and that is what they are doing at the moment,” says Groenewald.
