The North West High Court has heard from the last witness in the murder case of 15-year-old Matlhomola Mosweu of Coligny near Lichtenburg.
Itumeleng Ledikwa, a paramedic in the Department of Health told the court that he was the last person to examine the deceased from the scene and transported him to the health facility on the 20 April last year.
Ledikwa says when he arrived on the scene, the boy was bleeding from the nose and mouth and his skull was fractured. Mosweu was later certified dead.
The state has now closed its case against Pieter Doorewaard and Phillip Schutte.
They have not pleaded guilty to killing Mosweu.
