Magashule slams ANC members taking party to court

Free State Premier Ace Magashule has strongly criticised disgruntled ANC members in the country who are taking their Provincial Executive Committee (PEC) structures to court.

This has happened with the ANC in a number of provinces and the party’s National Executive Committee is holding a special meeting this weekend to discuss the problem.
Magashule says some of the disgruntled members challenging the Free State leadership cannot even afford the legal costs.

“They have lost three times. They don’t have a dog, they don’t have a cat they don’t have anything who is giving them money to pay lawyers. They are now supposed to pay our cost if they have houses or property we are going to attach their property,” says Magashule.
