Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane says her office will not comment on an alleged leaked document from her office claiming that she has found President Cyril Ramaphosa guilty of accidentally misleading Parliament over the R500 000 Bosasa donation to his election campaign for the presidency of the ANC.

The document is apparently linked to complaints from the Democratic Alliance (DA) and Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) against Ramaphosa.

Mkhwebane says the leaked document could potentially jeopardise her investigations and prejudice the subjects of the probes.

On Sunday, an article was published in a weekly newspaper about the document allegedly originating from her office.

According to the article, the document in question was accessed through one of the President’s confidants.
