Argentina’s World Cup squad started their preparations at Barcelona’s training ground on Friday, where they will complete their final stage of preparations for the tournament.
Coach Jorge Sampaoli has a full squad after the recovery of the injured Sergio Aguero, Lucas Biglia and Gabriel Mercado.
The “albiceleste” team, which is staying a few meters from the Camp Nou and trained in the ‘home’ of star Lionel Messi, arrived in Barcelona on Thursday, and will stay until next Friday, when they will travel to Israel to play the last friendly before the World Cup.
Argentina will debut in Russia on June 16 against Iceland, the 21 will play against Croatia and complete its participation in group D against Nigeria.
