Prophet Paseka Motsoeneng, also known as Pastor Mboro, says he will help the parents of a dead three-year-old child to open a criminal case and also sue the Ekurhuleni Emergency Services Department.
The sickly child was brought by her mother to Mboro’s Incredible Happenings Ministries in Katlehong, east of Johannesburg, on Sunday for the pastor to pray for the child’s recovery.
When the child grew worse, paramedics were called to the church. The paramedics say they found the child had already passed away but Mboro says the child died inside an ambulance on the way to hospital.
The paramedics also allege that a female member of their crew was assaulted after being accused of arriving late.
However, Mboro disputes this.
“No one assaulted that woman. No one beat anybody there. The only person who was beaten by the people is an ex- councillor who was calling for my arrest. I’m going with the mother at 11 o’clock to open a case of culpable homicide and later the mother and the father are looking at suing the EMS Department.”
