Africa National Congress NEC member Ronald Lamola says the land issue should be a project of all South Africans.
Lamola was addressing estate agents in Newlands near Cape Town on the ANC’s position regarding the land expropriation without compensation issue.
He says the ANC will do this through the rule of law and no land grabs will be tolerated.
Lamola says the land issue should not be seen as a private affair of the ANC, everyone is invited to take part in resolving the land question which needs to be addressed.
He also called for an end to farm workers evictions.
Lamola says farmers should also show willingness to resolving the land issue adding that the people of South Africa should share the land.
