Springbok captain, Siya Kolisi, says he is fit and raring to go as he leads the Springboks onto the field for the second time in five days on Tuesday. The Boks will face Canada in their final Pool B match at the Rugby World Cup in Kobe, Japan.

The South Africans made 13 changes to their starting line-up. Apart from Kolisi, centre Damian de Allende will also start in his second successive test.

Kolisi, who recently recovered from a knee injury, relishes the opportunity to lead the team onto the field once again.

“Ja, the form is getting better and better. I put a lot of pressure on myself and I expect a lot of myself. I’m always looking for work to do on the field, to do a bit more. The guys are doing well, so there’s that contagious feeling that you want to get there, but my fitness levels have gone up to that, so hopefully I can be better again tomorrow as well,” says Kolisi.
