Eight buses have been set alight at the Joburg Metro bus depot in Eldorado Park Extension six south of Johannesburg.
It’s still unclear at this stage what led to the fire. No injuries have been reported.
Johannesburg Emergency Services spokesperson Robert Mulaudzi says: “We can confirm that we responded to a fire incident in Eldos which involved eight buses. The incident occurred next to the Eldorado Park Police Station. There were no injuries which were reported and the cause of the fire is still subject to investigations.”
