Senegal play Algeria in the AFCON final at the Cairo international stadium tonight and it’s a match-up of two consistent teams in this first expanded 24-team AFCON tournament.
The Lions of Teranga are led by Aliou Cisse, the man who captained the team when they lost in their last final appearance 17 years ago in Bamako to Cameroon.
Despite being minus one of their key players in Kalidou Coulibaly, Diop of Challenge Sports in Dakar tells SABC Sport journalist Velile Mnyandu that is their time to shine.
