Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agent Voviette Morgan says they are trying by all means to get more females to join the agency.
She says so far there’s only 19% females in the Bureau and they still have a long way to go as they are focusing on bringing in more women.
Morgan is visiting South Africa to highlight the issue of gender diversity.
She says gender diversity in law enforcement can have tremendous benefits and a profound impact on the culture of policing.
