Frozen indelible ink has delayed the opening of some voting stations in Lesotho due to the cold weather. Advance voting got underway in the capital Maseru and around the country.
Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) staff, security, emergency services personnel, the media and observers are voting on Saturday ahead of the June 3 poll.
