Former Zimbabwe minister of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Supa Mandiwanzira has been arrested.
Mandiwanzira was held in a Harare police station overnight and is facing fraud charges relating to his alleged abuse of office.
He is expected to apply for bail and will be represented by his lawyer, Brian Hungwe.
Hungwe confirmed to SABC News on Wednesday that Mandiwanzira is still being held at the Matapi police station and is likely to appear before court today.
