Special elections 2019 analyst Terry Tselane, says there are problems at several polling stations around South Africa, but they can and must be fixed.
Tselane is a former Commissioner of the IEC.
He said the IEC should be able to resolve logistical problems, delays and voting material shortages for voting to proceed today.
