In the 2019 elections, the Christian Political Movement (CPM) will be contesting seats nationally and provincially in one province, the Eastern Cape.
The CPM was founded in 2014 by a group of leaders and pastors from various churches. The party is led by Brian Lonwabo Mahlati. The party registered officially with the IEC in 2018.
The party’s manifesto was not available at the time of publication.
The CPM will be contesting elections for the first time in the 2019 general elections.
