The EFF in Potchefstroom in the North West has lodged a dispute with the IEC over alleged incidents of voting irregularities including double voting by some ANC members.
The party is further upset by the failure of some presiding officers to issue out objection forms when requested.
EFF Deputy Regional Secretary in the Dr Kenneth Kaunda Region, Johanna Xaba, says they are now questioning the impartiality of the IEC.
Several election irregularities have so far been reported country wide with the double voting practice seemingly taking centre stage.
