The Economic Freedom Fighter’s are set to hold their fifth anniversary rally at the Sisa Dukashe stadium in Mdantsane in the Eastern Cape on Saturday.
The party has been in the Buffalo City area for the whole week drumming up support for the event.
A big marque has been erected at the stadium to accommodate party leaders, international guests and artists. The party is expecting it’s members and supporters to pack the 15 000 seater stadium.
Party members and residents are in a celebratory mood.
“I am very happy to reach five years with this party, because when we started it some people thought it would die… but now we are five years old and happy to celebrate the anniversary. I hope that with EFF will go far.”
