Disgruntled members of the ANC in Mpumalanga have reiterated their call for the disbandment of the Provincial Executive Committee.
The members have dragged the ANC to court claiming that the PEC members were elected by bogus branches.
Apparently, parallel branches were establish ahead of the party’s 2015 conference.
The disgruntled members claim that some wards have more than four branches and delegates from these bogus branches participated in regional‚ provincial and national congresses with full status.
ANC Mpumalanga acting chairperson Mandla Ndlovu, acting secretary Lindiwe Ntshalintshali are among the party members who are in court.
