The three North West police officers who died when their vehicle hit a stray animal along the R61 road near Xholosini village at Ngcobo in the Eastern Cape last month, will be given an official funeral this weekend.
The trio died while searching for a wanted suspect.
Police spokesperson Brigadier Sabata Mokgwaabone says the three provincial tracking team members will be remembered for their bravery and dedication.
Mokgwaabone says two of the officers will be laid to rest in Taung
The other one will be buried at Madibogo outside Mahikeng this Saturday.
