COPE takes campaign to Pretoria

Congress of the People (COPE) President Mosioua Lekota is taking his party’s elections campaign to Atteridgeville, west of Pretoria on Tuesday.

Lekota was in the East Rand over the Easter weekend where he was campaigning ahead of the May 8 general elections.

On Sunday Lekota attended a church service in Mabopane as part of his party’s electioneering campaign.

COPE lost many seats in the previous elections and it currently has four seats in the national assembly.
