The application by the General Council of the Bar to have former National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) officials Nomgcobo Jiba and Lawrence Mrwebi struck of the roll of advocates has been dismissed by the Constitutional Court.

They were fired from the National Prosecuting Authority by President Cyril Ramaphosa earlier this year.
