Reading Time: < 1 minute

A workshop has been held at the Castle of Good Hope in Cape Town as a prelude to an exhibition that will showcase the history and identities of the people of the Cape.

The Camissa Museum Exhibition Project is the brainchild of researcher and historian, Patric Tariq Mellet and Museum Curator, Angus Leendertz.

The panel consisted of artists, storytellers, academics, historians, filmmakers and diplomats.

Mellet says they will expose people to the indigenous routes of the African Asian slaves.
