Cape Town’s new Zeitz Museum has been nominated for a prestigious international award in the Societal Innovation category.
The awards are annually hosted by the leading Frame Magazine, which is one of the top global spatial and interior design magazines. They are judged in Amsterdam by some of the world’s top experts in spatial design.
South Africans have been asked to visit the Frame Awards website and vote for the museum, as the competition also has a public participation element.
The skyscraper museum was opened at the V & A Waterfront last year and hosts the biggest collection of contemporary African Art in the world.
