The Pretoria Specialised Commercial Crimes Court has granted Prophet Shepherd Bushiri and his wife Mary bail of R100 000 each.
The couple made their second court appearance on Wednesday morning.
As part of their bail conditions, the Bushiris have been warned not to make contact with witnesses.
They are facing charges of fraud, money laundering and the contravention of the Prevention of Organised Crimes Act.
This in relation to exchange control regulations involving foreign currency amounting to R15 million. The charges date back to 2015.
