East London boxing trainer, Mzamo ‘Chief’ Njekanye, is crying foul after his top boxer, Azinga Fuzile, dumped him and joined forces with a Johannesburg trainer.
Fuzile is now trained by Colin Nathan. An angry Njekanye, says the boxer never notified him of his intentions and everything was done behind his back.
Fuzile is one of the country’s hottest boxer. He won the South African featherweight title in his fifth professional fight.
Njekanye has accused certain people of poaching his boxers.
“Yes of course I’m in the dark. You know there is nothing that I know about the whole saga of the movement of this boy, including the one who is said to be handling this boy”.
