The African Transformation Movement (ATM) says it is excited about its performance in the province of the Eastern Cape.
The ATM’s Sizwe Mgoli says considering that the party started campaigning with no resources, they have done well in persuading people to vote for it.
“We are thankful that people did respond to the message of the African Transformation Movement and it means that people see the ATM as a alternative”, added Mgoli.
The ATM bills itself as the coming together of religious groups, kingdoms, ordinary citizens of South Africa. The motto of the party is “Transforming society for a better tomorrow”.
