The ANC Women’s League (ANCWL) in Gauteng has described the death of Minister of Environmental Affairs, Edna Molewa, as a global loss.
The League held a memorial service in Pretoria to pay tribute to Molewa, who passed on earlier this month. She was 61. She will be honoured through an official Category 1 funeral next week Saturday in Pretoria.
An official national memorial service will be held in honour of Molewa this coming Wednesday at the Tshwane Events Centre in Pretoria.
Molewa will be laid to rest next week Saturday at the Zandfontein cemetery outside the capital.
